Art Forest — Marketplace

1. Platform Role

Art Forest is a discovery and connection platform. We enable buyers and artists to find each other and initiate direct conversations about artworks. We are not a party to any sale, nor do we facilitate payment processing, shipping, or fulfilment.

2. Purchase Requests

Submitting a purchase request does not constitute a binding agreement to sell. Artists independently review each request and decide whether to proceed. A purchase request does not reserve an artwork. If multiple requests are received for the same artwork, the artist may choose which to accept. Artists may decline any request without providing a reason.

3. Auctions

Auction bids are expressions of interest. Winning a bid does not guarantee that a sale will be completed. Payment, fulfilment, and delivery are arranged directly between the buyer and the artist. Art Forest is not involved in any auction-related transaction.

4. Buyer Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate contact information. Art Forest does not verify the accuracy of artwork descriptions, artist claims, or the authenticity of works listed on the platform. Buyers should conduct their own due diligence before completing any transaction.

5. Artist Responsibility

Artists are responsible for accurately representing their works, responding to purchase requests in a timely manner, and fulfilling any agreed-upon transactions in good faith.

6. Limitation of Liability

Art Forest provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform or any listings. We are not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from interactions between buyers and artists.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
